Google Chrome OS Announced

Google launched Google Chrome browser nine months ago, now they already come up with their own Operating System, Google Chrome OS.

An open source OS by Google and they will initially target the NetBooks. The key aspects of Google Chrome OS: speed, simplicity and security.

Google Chrome OS is a separate project of Google from Android, which is designed for mobile phones and to NetBooks.

According to Google, Google Chrome OS is being created for people who spend most of their time on the web, and is being designed to power computers ranging from small NetBooks to full-size desktop systems.

NetBooks running Google Chrome OS will be available in the second half of 2010.
